Signing of MOU between Bumi Wangsa TMS Sdn Bhd and PT Pertamina Drilling Services in the Oil & Gas Sector for Malaysia and Indonesia.
Both parties have mutually agreed to cooperate in identifying the vast market opportunities pursuant to discussing the options to pursue, develop and jointly undertake those opportunities.
The MOU was signed between Mr Syed Elyas Datuk Syed Abdillah, Chief Executive Officer of Bumi Wangsa TMS Sdn Bhd and Mr Rio Dasmanto, Director Utama of PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia.
This represents an extension of the friendly relations between the two companies and the similar desire to consolidate their bilateral ties by further enhancing on the cooperation in the Oil & Gas Industry, especially in production support services and drilling integrated business through mutual collaboration and expansion in Malaysia, Brunei, Thailand and Indonesia.
