Signing Ceremony of MoU between PT Elnusa Tbk and Bumi Wangsa TMS Sdn. Bhd.
We are pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Bumi Wangsa TMS Sdn. Bhd. and PT Elnusa Tbk on Friday, 2nd August, 2024, held in Graha Elnusa, Jakarta, Indonesia. PT Elnusa Tbk is Energy Service Company Providing Total Solutions from Upstream to Downstream Services, which has competence and experience in carrying out geophysical / seismic data measurement services, oil and gas drilling services, oilfield services, Engineering-Procurement-Construction – Operation & Maintenance (EPC-O&M), Energy Distribution & Logistic Service, and Other Oil and Gas Support Services.
The MoU was signed between Mr. Syed Elyas Bin Datuk Syed Abdillah, Chief Executive Officer of BWTMS and Bapak Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja, President Director PT Elnusa Tbk.
It is anticipated that this partnership will enhance collaboration between BWTMS and PT Elnusa Tbk, leveraging each company’s strengths in oilfield services and technology.
